Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Q Order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Q Order is a product of FYN ARC Techworks. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Q Order provides QR code-based digital menu and ordering software for restaurants on a subscription (SaaS) basis. Features include QR code ordering, live order dashboard, kitchen display, menu management, staff management, CRM, and reporting tools — depending on your plan.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate business information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR) in advance.
• Current plans: Professional at ₹3,000/month and Scale at ₹5,000/month.
• Payments are processed securely by PayU India.
• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of your account.
• Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Q Order for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the software
• Upload malicious code or interfere with platform operations
• Use the platform to process payments outside of the intended restaurant ordering workflow

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Q Order (menus, customer records, orders). You grant us a limited licence to store and process this data solely to provide the service. We do not claim any rights over your business data.

8. Uptime and Service Availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure, internet outages, or events outside our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FYN ARC Techworks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Q Order. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be notified via email.
