• Billing information: Subscription plan and payment status. Card details are processed directly by our payment provider (PayU) and are never stored on our servers.

• Customer data: End-customer names, contact details, and order history collected through your restaurant's QR ordering interface.
• Usage data: Log data, IP addresses, device type, browser, and pages visited for security and analytics purposes.

• To provide, operate, and improve the Q Order platform
• To process subscription payments via our payment gateway
• To send transactional emails (invoices, alerts, account notifications)

All data is stored on secured cloud servers. We use industry-standard security measures including JWT authentication, bcrypt password hashing, rate limiting, and full tenant data isolation to prevent unauthorised access. Data is stored in India.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and business data for the duration of your active subscription and for up to 90 days after account closure, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
